New Judicial Appointment for Martin County
Daniel Mittleman, of Palm City, to serve as Judge on the Martin County Court:
Mittleman has served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit since 2020. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his juris doctor from Stetson University. Mittleman fills the judicial vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Roberts.
