Andrea Totten appointed Flagler County Judge

On October 15, 2019, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment Andrea Totten to the Flagler County Court.

Totten, of Bunnell, has served as an Assistant Attorney General in Criminal Appeals since 2013. She previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Seventh Circuit Court, and prior to that, as an Assistant State Attorney in the Seventh Circuit. She received her bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from The University of Toledo College. Totten fills the new judicial seat created by House Bill 5011.
