New Mediation Pilot Program for Landlord-Tenant Disputes
In an effort to make it easier for landlords and their tenants to resolve their disputes without the tenant being evicted, the Sixth Judicial Circuit is launching a six-month pilot program whose aim is to encourage mediation. Pinellas County Court Judges Edwin Jagger and Lorraine Kelly will participate in the pilot program. Read more about the program at this link.
