County Court Judge Scott H. Cupp Appointed to the Twentieth Judicial Circuit

On June 4, 2018, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Judge Scott H. Cupp to the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court.

Cupp, 62, of Fort Denaud, is a county judge for Hendry County. He previously served in private practice and as an Assistant State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit. He received his bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University and his law degree from Western New England University. Cupp fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Jay B. Rosman.
